Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Safar platform ("Platform"), operated by Dream It ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Free Trial & No Refund Policy

Safar offers a free 7-day trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. The trial period exists specifically so you can evaluate the Platform thoroughly before committing to a paid subscription.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a payment is made and a subscription is activated, that payment is final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage all users to make full use of the free trial, explore every module, test their workflows, and ensure the Platform meets their needs before subscribing. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to trial the Platform and accept these terms.

2. Beta Testing Notice

Safar is currently in active beta. While we work hard to deliver a stable and reliable experience, the Platform may contain bugs, unexpected behaviour, or incomplete features. We are continuously improving the product based on real-world usage and feedback.

If you encounter any bug or issue, please contact us immediately via the Support page or WhatsApp so we can investigate and fix it as quickly as possible. Your reports directly improve the Platform for every user. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this phase.

3. Data Backup Responsibility

We strongly recommend that you regularly download backups of your data. You can export your records at any time from your Profile > Settings > Backup section. While we maintain infrastructure-level backups and operate on a secure database platform, we are in beta and unforeseen issues can occur.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical business data. Safar shall not be held liable for any loss of data resulting from technical failures, accidental deletion, or events outside our control.

4. Data Ownership

All data you enter into the Platform — customer files, payment records, agreements, tickets, documents, and any other operational records — belongs entirely to your company. We do not claim ownership over your business data.

We do not collect, sell, share, or monetise your business data in any form. Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised members of your account.

5. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance

The Platform is intended solely for lawful business operations. You agree not to use Safar for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited activity.

Each company using this Platform is solely responsible for its own operations, customers, transactions, and legal compliance under applicable laws of their jurisdiction — including but not limited to immigration laws, financial regulations, labour laws, and consumer protection rules.

If a company is found to be engaged in any illegal activity, suspected fraud, human trafficking, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct, that is entirely the responsibility of the company and its operators. Safar bears no liability whatsoever for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any company using the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate any account immediately and without notice if we become aware of or suspect illegal use.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised persons to access your account. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us and change your password immediately.

7. Our Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", particularly during the beta phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream It disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

In no event shall Dream It be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

8. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. In the current beta phase, payments are processed manually — you submit payment via bKash or bank transfer, and our team activates your subscription within 24 hours. Pricing is published on the Pricing page and may be updated with notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
